Headex Group

The Headex Group was established in Vilnius in 2003. The company has been focused on providing the most suitable personnel for various workplaces from the beginning of its activity. For almost 20 years, the cooperation concentrated on flexible planning and adaptation to market needs.

Headex expanded into other European markets over time. Along with the experience, the company gained new customers on the German, Dutch, Belgian and Scandinavian markets. In 2022 we started activity also on the Polish market. We provide HR solutions, carry out high-level recruitment process for our clients, offer cooperation in the field of temporary employees as well as provide process outsourcing services.

Headex specializes in cooperation with Partners from the logistics, warehouse and production industries. Owing to the selection of candidates and matching the competences to the requirements of future employers, the cooperation with our Partners is characterized by low turnover, long-term contracts and mutual satisfaction.
